Token Atlas ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Token Atlas (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

• Public Token Data: Token Atlas stores public token feed records, public website links, public X links, website screenshots, and related market-context data from public sources such as Dexscreener.
• Blockchain Data: If you use optional wallet features or open external Solana trade context, wallet addresses and transaction data may be publicly recorded on the Solana blockchain by wallets, exchanges, or third-party services outside Token Atlas.

Token Atlas uses the collected data for various purposes:

6. Blockchain Transactions

Token Atlas does not custody assets, execute swaps inside the App, or deploy custom smart contracts. If you choose to connect a wallet, sign a message, or open third-party trade context, wallet addresses, signatures, and blockchain transactions may be visible to wallets, public blockchain explorers, and third-party services. Public blockchain records are not controlled by Token Atlas and generally cannot be changed or deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
