This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Token Atlas ("Developer") for the use of the mobile application Token Atlas. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Token Atlas grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Token Atlas application on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this license.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
The application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Token Atlas. Third-party token names, websites, X links, blockchain addresses, market data, and screenshots remain the property or public materials of their respective owners.
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in that policy to ensure the functionality and security of the service.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Token Atlas. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Token Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the application, including any reliance on token listings, website screenshots, third-party links, market data, wallet actions, or trade context opened outside the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Token Atlas is registered, excluding its conflict of law rules.
